Yanina Petrovskaya
Ms. Petrovskaya is a multilingual expert in Russian law, with a focus on corporate and contract law. It also supports your international clients in other areas relevant to the Russian market, such as employment law, compliance and IP protection.
She advises large and medium-sized companies, especially in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Liechtenstein, in their projects in Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan.
Ms. Petrovskaya has also mastered the very high administrative and legal costs in Russia & CIS compared to Europe. Dr Vo-Reinhard is the Chief Data Officer and Co-Founder of the HIT Foundation – a blockchain-based exchange for healthcare data – in addition to being a globally-renowned speaker. She’s AI advisor of LAPO blockchain and member of Board of Directors in various Vietnamese expat & academic networks. Her life's work is dedicated to healthcare innovations aimed at providing equal opportunities and benefits to all users.
Quy undertook her PhD in Computational Biomedicine at the Rhine-Westphalian Technical University of Aachen, thereafter earning an MBA from the EBS University of Business and Law, in Germany.
During the 'Blockshow Europe 2018' conference she was voted 'The Most Influential Woman in Blockchain in Europe'.

Jörn Erbguth is a consultant on blockchain, smart contracts and data protection.
He is researching governance of blockchains and smart contracts at the University of Geneva. He is lecturing at the Geneva School of Diplomacy, University of Geneva and University of Lucerne.
Jörn Erbguth is a member of the Focus Group on DLT at the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and board member of the EDV-Gerichtstag. He holds diplomas in computer science and law and is a certified external data protection officer (udis).

Leandro Lepori
Leandro Lepori is a Swiss-qualified lawyer specialized in business law with a particular interest in financial markets and banking law.
He is a Blockchain and cryptocurrencies enthusiast. Prior to accomplishing a Master's degree in the field of economic and law at the University of Geneva, his openness led him to undertake a Master’s degree in sports law. He worked during a year at the Centre for Banking and Financial Law (University of Geneva, Switzerland) as a research assistant, thus continuing his academic training. During this period he was selected to participate to the Duke-Geneva program and hence obtained a certificate in transnational law from this institution.
After working for Altenburger Ltd legal + tax in 2017 as an associate in the banking and financial markets law team he joined Depierre Avocats in 2018 which whom he founded DLT Law. His main areas of practice are financial markets, banking and corporate law.
Tina Balzli
Tina heads the Banking, Crypto and FinTech Practice of PwC Legal Switzerland.
She is an experienced Swiss and internationally trained Attorney-at-law and certified Swiss Fund & Asset Management Officer. Before joining PwC, she practiced for more than 10 years as a banking and financial markets specialist with major leading Swiss law firms. Prior to this, worked for a financial institution in Hong Kong and acted as research and teaching assistant at the Chair of Civil and Commercial Law at the University of Freiburg i.Ue. (Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Peter Gauch und Prof. Dr. Hubert Stöckli). Further was a visiting researcher at the Max-Planck-Institute for Comparative and International Private law in Hamburg.
Tina's practice specializes in banking, insurance, financing, capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, general corporate and commercial matters as well as internal investigations. She has an extensive track record of advising leading Swiss and foreign financial institutions and am excellently acquainted with the Swiss banking industry. Balzli represents clients in proceedings before the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA, support financial institutions in complying with their diverse regulatory duties and advise on the structuring, issuance, listing and marketing of diverse financial products, including the development of products and services in the FinTech space. Furthermore, she regularly acts as lead lawyer for a wide range of financial industry related contracts and transactions, including initial coin offerings (ICOs).
Tina is the author of various publications (books and articles) on a broad range of legal and regulatory topics related to commercial law in general and financial market services. She regularly speak at conferences on these topics.

Alain Kunz, CEO & Founder of the Blockchain and Crypto-Asset-Management company TokenSuisse AG, which was founded about a year ago as Coinlab Capital AG, is a proven and recognized expert on the national and international blockchain scene.
He enjoys sharing his knowledge with a wider audience, convinced that Blockchain will change our world like no other technology before.

In addition to TokenSuisse, Alain Kunz founded the companies PolarLab, Lantha Capital, and SP-Lab.ch. Previously, he worked for Source EFT, Leonteq and Société Générale Investment Banking.
He studied at the University of St. Gallen. His hobbies include reading and Brazilian jiu jitsu. Alain Kunz lives in Zurich.
Lukas Kairys

Marco Abele
