Smart contracts and blockchain tech in real estate: a project Etherty to be presented at the Blockchain & Bitcoin Conference Switzerland exhibition area

Etherty will be a participant of the Blockchain & Bitcoin Conference Switzerland exhibition area. This is a platform for real estate players: builders, investors, owners, and buyers.

Etherty creators describe their project as Ethereum in real estate. The mission of the blockchain-based platform is developing a resource for complex deals with immovables.

The project will perform the following functions:

• investments attraction to real estate;
• quick sale of objects;
• search for objects to buy and invest in;
• analytics to gain maximum revenue;
• community of real estate investors: recommendations, study cases.

Etherty would allow to carry out a real estate crowdsale for capital attraction, conduct selling or purchase transactions as well as join the investors’ community. The project also has a home trading platform (DEX). The team is currently running the project’s ICO aiming to distribute 120 m tokens ETY among investors. A public sale is scheduled for March 15-April 30, 2018.
