Peter and Cristopher will elaborate on tax features of the preparation for ICO in the USA and Switzerland. They will also speak about the consequences for the companies that ignore international tax compliance regulations when starting a tokensale.

Both Peter and Christopher are Associate Attorneys in the International Tax and Wealth Management practice groups of Baker McKenzie Zurich. They focus on the counselling for the US and non-US clients on various investment structures in consideration of tax and regulatory issues.

Peter has litigation experience in insurance coverage, federal investigations, and white collar defense. He focuses on international tax, tax controversy, and advising financial institutions on regulatory compliance. And Christopher joined Baker McKenzie after practicing for seven years as a domestic tax and estate planning attorney in New York and Washington, DC. He focuses his practice on business planning, wealth management, international and domestic taxation.
